I realized our living more than one life
A. We who lived a life of drinking & drugging
B. We who accepting our life had become unmanageable took the A. A, or N. A. or both principles to changing our lives.
C. Those of us who had a conversion upon accepting Jesus as our Savior becoming a new life in Christ. WOW! what aloud journey of experiences, it shouts of empowerment, of wisdom unlike can be found in some educational process or book, book knowledge just could never begin to give a person the kind of connection some of us need to understand why we cannot fix our addictive behaviors. We facilitate all the principles of changing lives in a major way, whats in our hearts is a treasures trove of valuable experienced knowledge that speak for themselves. A foundation of Living Water.

This is why step 12 is so rewording bring those who have practiced the principles of A. A. / N. A. in our daily lives to find them to be successful when we honestly confronted the defects that lead us to drink & drug. I have noticed when people follow these steps staying clean and sober even in times of struggle is feasible - it happens. - Even more so when people are involved in a faith based program / groups it is so much more powerful in the development because they have, for the first time for many. found true friendship that they can rely upon in support. Lasting relationship that are encouraging and life giving. I have to worn though, step skipping - jumping steps - can make for a destructive end. I look at it like this, if we wanted to learn to shy dive we would not just go get in a air-craft e and take the jump, because the end result could be destruction. We learn what it takes to take that step out of the air-craft and what to do during the process, like-so we need to follow the principles and steps to make our journey successful in recovery. You can do this! what's more you can find the peace, the strengths in your life to help others get away from the unmanageable lives that come with addiction. If you have done the step jumping before, don't despair, just go at it again with a sincere & honest heart It's your life we are talking about, And You can do this!

Lord God, help me see other through Your eyes.........

Hope you like these common "Prayers," I know they have made huge changes in my life as helped me to keep God focused. This site, These are just sections from papers over the years, I have been doing this since 1985 when I was the Spiritual Advisor for a center and the development director for another over the years. I learned that recovery can take on a great number of faces for different people. Although, one thing I have always believed is Faith Based Recovery has an indwelling success rate unlike any other form. However, I talk to people all over the world and meet people who's belief system in not as mine, we do not judge people, we do not categorize people in little groups, what is important is your recovery regardless of your sex, religion, or national origin. Sure it would be nice to know that everyone was in a personal relationship with The God our Savior Creator and Salvation, this site is meant to help you establish, (If you have not done so already), and or keep a strong recovery life daily. A tool. I have been greatly blessed, in that, God has opened doors in other countries around the world for us. Many of you know already, for those that do not, I have a disc & Nerve disease, it is real hard for me just to be able to do what normal people do everyday, I say this to say that, it may take me some time but I usually get around to getting things done. I do write for more than one on-line site, if you don't see activity here does not mean that I will not get around to posting papers, there are time when I get stuck in bed for periods.
This site is meant for you... You matter, don't let anyone ever lead you to believe differently. God made you unlike anyone else, even though we kind-of look similar to others, there are very many great things about us God made just for us / in us.. Remember that! And Live accordingly. :) :)
